PTSD Evaluations

Primarily Used For: Personal Injury, VA Adjudication, Workers Comp Cases

• PTSD Evaluation (based on CAPS 5)

• Evaluating clients for PTSD or other psychological conditions, such as depression or other mood or anxiety problems resulting from an experience that is connected to a court case

• Includes a Nexus Statement (if applicable)

• Explaining the effects of the experience to the client, family, treatment team, and legal team

• Providing treatment plans or recommendations, including the costs associated with the treatment

• Preparing documentation to be submitted to court

• Explaining the results and opinions in court (if needed)
